Credit Control Officer

We are looking for individuals passionate about service, to consult customers on matters related to their hosting accounts and billing, who possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and who are accurate, efficient administrators with a technical aptitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers with arrear accounts
  • Communicating with customers by email, phone and through various channels
  • Investigating and solving customer problems
  • Provide customers with solutions
  • Maintaining a positively, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast paced and driven environment
  • Own car and an existing and dedicated 10MB uncapped Fibre or ADSL Line
  • Must be able to work UK hours
  • Reliable transport
