Customer Relations Officer

We are looking for individuals passionate about service, to consult customers on matters related to their accounts and billing, who possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who are accurate, efficient administrators with a technical aptitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offering assistance to customers to ensure their queries are answered
  • Investigating and solving customer issues
  • Communication effectively

Requirements:

  • Relevant Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Able to work in a fast paced and driven environment
  • An existing and dedicated 10MB uncapped Fibre or ADSL Line
  • Must be able to work UK hours
  • Reliable transport
